About the Founder

Kirtan P. Patel

An advocate for children and families navigating ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions. Inspired by his grandfather's untold story and shaped by his own journey with ADHD, Kirtan channels his experience into awareness, empathy, and equity through education, mentorship, and community initiatives.

Based in Frisco, Texas, he leads ThriveMind, a platform dedicated to breaking stigma and building systems of support that help neurodivergent individuals thrive.

Through candid conversations with leading experts from Stanford, UCSF, UC Berkeley, and global leaders on the ADHD Awareness Podcast, Kirtan brings neurodivergent understanding to families and classrooms worldwide.
